Ashok is the co-founder of Anupreksha People Partners LLP, a boutique HR Consulting firm which believes in helping clients create a thriving organisation where everyone matters.

He is a seasoned HR leader with a distinguished career spanning over two decades, known for driving organizational success through innovative human resources strategies and talent acquisition excellence. With a proven track record across prominent organizations like Nokia Solutions & Networks Pvt. Ltd., Hewitt Associates, and Hexaware Technologies, Ashok has consistently demonstrated a deep expertise in business partnering, employee engagement, performance management, HR policy development and deployment.

At Nokia, Ashok played a pivotal role as an HR Leader, providing senior leadership with strategic insights on complex people-related issues and leading the implementation of global HR processes. His efforts in performance management, compensation benchmarking, and employee retention strategies led to significant improvements in organizational alignment and employee satisfaction. In his role as Talent Acquisition Leader at Hewitt Associates, he led a team of recruiters to achieve remarkable success in hiring critical technical and functional talent, including in-demand roles in data warehousing and ERP. He enhanced team productivity through mentorship, optimized recruitment processes, and implemented data-driven dashboards that supported key business decisions. His contributions were recognized with multiple awards, including the Achievers Award and Star Performer Award for outstanding recruitment performance.

Throughout his career, Ashok has been recognized for his contributions to HR and talent acquisition, earning accolades for exceptional delivery and leadership.

Ashok is known for his exceptional process orientation, consistently applying a structured and methodical approach to every task. Ashok has completed his Bachelor's degree in Chemistry Honors from Calcutta University and subsequently went on to earn a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi.

Karthik is the co-founder of Anupreksha People Partners LLP, a boutique HR Consulting firm which believes in helping clients create a thriving organisation where everyone matters.

Prior to this venture, Karthik was associated with Visteon Technical & Services Centre Pvt. Ltd. as the Country HR Head for India where he served on the senior leadership team and was leading and driving the People Strategy for them. Prior to this, Karthik was leading the HRBP function as a Senior HR Manager for a few verticals in the Global Capability Centre of Honeywell Technology Solutions Lab Pvt. Ltd. He was also an integral part of the HR team at Nokia Siemens Networks Pvt. Ltd.

Karthik has an experience of more than 24 years in Human Resource domain with specialities in People Strategy Development and Execution, HR Business Partnering, Policies & Process Design & Rollout, Performance Management & Employee Development, Rewards & Recognition, Change Management & Leadership Guidance, Employee Relations & Engagement, HR Governance Framework, HR Legal & Compliance, Restructuring & Investigations.

He is a decisive decision maker who communicates with stakeholders effectively enabling forward progress. He builds a foundation of solid and sustainable actions that drives the desired output. He is innovative, agile and nimble in adapting to the circumstances as he stretches to achieve the goal. He propagates convincing skills as a tool to arrive at the most appropriate decision. He builds stakeholder trust with a transparent, objective and inclusive work style.

He proactively seeks opportunities to improve stakeholder experience. He enables culture change with leaders and managers through coaching in practical situations on ground. He loves to take on challenges with his team and deliver results while striving for continuous improvement.

Karthik holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia. He also pursued a Masters of Business Laws degree from National Law School of India, Bangalore.
